lol - think i burnt more than 11 cause i was doing real 'exercise', as my vehicle has retired i've been riding 2 wheels around the city - my bicycle, certainly makes my trips shorter distances and less expensive as all i can buy is what i can strap to my back - and god damn! my ass hurts - i need one of those nice gel seats
